At Nature Living Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchases. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Item must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bird Food and Pest Control & Animal Repellents unless the product is defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at: Nature Living Shop Returns

- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Customers: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
